Not fair!! It shows I had alcohol when I didnt :(
Now if my chart is gonna show me having alcohol today then I guess I have to huh? I am not gonna get blamed for this when I didnt get to actually enjoy it, so I guess I am off to have a drink….THANKS Buddyslim :):):)
On a side note, about two weeks in I think and I am at 198…only one pound diff :(:( My working out and eating more doesnt seem to be working anymore already!!!

Yes, LOL, I wonder how alchol got into my food journal too. But no drinks for me.
Don’t get discouraged, just keep eating more and exercise and it will pay off.

I don’t use the food journal here, I use fitday instead, so I don’t know what the cause could be. But like BettyJo said, there is often alcohol in our foods, maybe that was it. Hang in there and keep up the hard work you’re doing, the results will come!

I use fitday too. Love the pie chart visual. Can’t figure out about half of this site.
