A question for the experienced ones here.

I have been tracking my ‘exercise’ and is it true that riding in a car or truck for an hour burns 71 calories?? Some of these things seem unreal but I soooooooo wanna count them…especially the sex ones lol!

    I have no idea girl. I can just go about my normal life and not lose a thing. But then again I ate a whole lot too! lol

    Well… yeah, but you can’t just lay there. lol I don’t know about driving, but according to our exercise thingy singing in the choir burns a lot too. Almost sounds too good to be true. I don’t count the things I normally do as extra exercise. Just the extras, like water aerobic 3 hrs a week and wogging 6 miles a week (and choir ;) the rest is pretty much covered in ‘lifestyle’ like semi-active, active, sedentary…etc.

    I agree with Sandy. Anything above your normal lifestyle. Although, I would say you can count the sex ones also. Especially if you are substituting sex for having a snack when you are munchy … it really does work :) lol
